I am nominated for the Constantinus Award Categorie HR of Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Fachverband UBIT, together with my networking partner Dipl.Ing. Sonja Mehl, MBA from G3 Wien Unternehmensberatung for our joint project for Sparx Services Central Europe // Sparx Services Switzerland SparxSystems Software GmbH - Central Europe.

The Award Night takes place in 2 days in Graz, a place, I have many emotional connections to, personally and professionally. As linguistic freak, I was googling and “AI-ing” “nominated” and it felt into place to me that the term is “being nominated”. What does it mean? My path to nomination was cumbersome. Now I am. So for once - I will embrace this change! - I don't have to do something, just be with the flow.

I have besties with me: Peter Lieber, Lisa Steindl (we started Fuckup Nights Graz together, Sonja… Thursday evening will be magnificent 🎆 🥂 , either way.
