Embarking on the "Vision 2025+" journey with Lieber.Group was a transformative experience that made the impact of collaborative change tangible.

How did we approach our goal - “Developing SME employees into corporate architects for future growth”?
Together with the customer Lieber.Group, we navigated the complexities of organizational transformation, guided by John Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, and witnessed firsthand the power of employee empowerment.
Laying the Groundwork
Our journey began with Lieber.Group's leadership crafting a compelling vision and strategy, addressing the initial stages of Kotter's model:
Create a Sense of Urgency: Recognizing the need for change to propel the organization forward.
Build a Guiding Coalition: Assembling a dedicated team to champion the transformation.
Form a Strategic Vision and Initiatives: Defining a clear roadmap for the future.

Enlist a Volunteer Army: We invited employees to become change agents, encouraging them to take ownership and drive initiatives.
Enable Action by Removing Barriers: By identifying and eliminating obstacles, we empowered teams to innovate and collaborate seamlessly.
Generate Short-Term Wins: Celebrating early successes kept the momentum alive and showcased the tangible benefits of our efforts.
Sustain Acceleration: Building on these victories, we continued to drive change, ensuring it became an integral part of our culture.

Each year, we gathered for events that were more than just meetings—they were celebrations of our collective progress and opportunities to deepen our commitment:
2021: "Cooperation": We launched our journey by emphasizing teamwork, setting the foundation for collaborative success.
2022: "Quality": Our focus shifted to enhancing service excellence, aligning our efforts with the GAP Model of Service Quality to bridge any disparities between customer expectations and our delivery.
2023: "Communication": Recognizing its pivotal role, we honed our communication strategies, ensuring clarity and cohesion across all levels.
